What we store

• Your name and birthday, used as your sign-in key.
• Your cinema preferences (genres, vibes, types) from onboarding.
• Lightweight engagement signals such as likes, comments, and recently watched reels.

How we use it

We use your data only to run Cinema Lovers and to surface rule-based recommendations. We do not sell your personal information or share individual engagement data with advertisers.

Retention & deletion

Your profile and engagement history are kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your profile and all associated data by contacting the maintainers of this deployment. Deletion requests should be processed within 30 days.

Security

All access to Cinema Lovers should happen over HTTPS. Session cookies are secured by the hosting platform, and sensitive identifiers (such as your sign-in key) are stored in hashed form.
